- went to a sports therapist - have issues with my hip and have symptoms of plantar fascitis, ITB syndrome and Achilles tendonitis. Woohoo!! Needless to say, I won't be running that 10 mile race in a couple weeks. This is still sinking in.
- going to a therapist (for my head) on Thursday.
- celebrating three years together with my husband (we dated for one year and he proposed...we got married in October of 2008) on Thursday, too.
- pushing through work stuff. But have decided to use the gym (for free here at work) during lunch to help get through the days and make my ass smaller.
Today's workout:
15 minutes on treadmill
3 different machines for arms
2 free-weight arm exercises
10 minutes on elliptical
2 sets of crunches
1 set of "bicycle" crunches
About a 30 minute workout. Not bad.
